Current Special:
$100 for 5 dog walks occurring in a one week time frame (usually $110).
Cancellation Policy:
Client must give at least 72 hours (3 days) notice from the beginning date of our scheduled visit and expect a “confirmation of cancellation” from Truthdancer Pet Care vocally, emailed, or texted. If you do not receive a “confirmation of cancellation” from us in a reasonable time frame, it means we likely did not receive it. This can sometimes be due to technology. Please make a quality effort to do what you can to get us the message in time and we will do what we can accordingly. If you cancel within the 72 hours time frame, you are responsible for the full service cost.
Client maintains the right to cancel services at any time upon written notification and payment of all fees for services incurred to date. If payment provided is more than services performed, partial payment equal to the remaining amount will be refunded within 14 days from date of cancellation. Thank you for respecting this policy as best you can.
Privacy Policy:
We value privacy. Thus, we do not sell, distribute, or inundate any personal information you give us. All information you share is confidential, respected, and used solely within the context of our business agreement.
Additional Considerations:
Homes must be free of smoke, mold, and chemicals. This includes cat litter. It needs to be unscented and dust-free. The World’s Best Cat Litter works well for this. It keeps both you and your cats healthy.
To ensure good sleep during overnights, some EMF, Bluetooth, and/or Smart features may need adjustment. Please contact me if you have questions about this.
